Sunday Girl (aka Jade Williams, 22) creates melancholic yet uplifting music in a similar vein to Goldfrapp and Bat For Lashes. She worked with Diplo on her single ‘Four Floors’ and has been remixed by Young Empires and Fenech-Soler. Having shared the stage with stars like Ellie Goulding, big things are expected from this rising star of electro-pop.
For the first time ever, ck one is launching a clothing line. We asked two rising stars of dance to try out the spring collection

● Seventeen years on from the launch of Calvin Klein’s iconic ck one unisex fragrance comes the new ck one spring clothing collection; and like the fragrance it’s simple, androgynous, young and fresh. Bringing together fragrance, underwear and clothing under the ck one banner for the first time, the ad campaign, fronted by Vogue cover star Lara Stone, involved putting models, musicians, actors and sports stars from Pixie Geldof to British boxing champion and Olympic hopeful Robert Evans in a mirrored box, with the spring collection, and filming them as they made the pieces their own. Check out the result on page 4–5, or go to www.ckone.com to find out more. In the meantime, we asked two hot properties from Mixmag’s world to model the clothes.
Jordan Peak is a prolific new 24-year-old house and techno producer who’s already had releases on labels such as Robsoul, Raum, Saved, Tsuba, Smoke City and Adam Shelton and Subb-an’s exciting new One Records imprint. On Radio 1’s ‘Introducing’ series he was named as one of the hot new artists to watch in 2011, and we couldn’t agree more.
