• The company was established January 1, 1996 by Laszlo Ando agrarianeconomist, businessman having nearly 30 years experience in agriculture and foreign trade.

NITROSOL (UAN solution) 30% nitrogen solution
Appearance: Nitrosol is a nitrogen fertilizer solution composed of urea and ammonium nitrate. Nitrogen is available in three forms in this solution. Nitrosol can be used on just about all crops. It is widely used for cotton, vegetables, corn, beets and other crops. Sprinkler applied solution is used for tree crops, for cereal grains, potatoes and for many other crops.

Agricultural integration in Hungary
In today's environment with the presence of multinational corporations the farmer's interest is to produce agricultural products within closed system where he can sell his products. In this respect he has to produce products that are marketable, profitable in a quality accepted by the market. In order to compete with the globalized agricultural companies the local agribusiness producers are forced to participate in a competitive production structure what we call integration. It is the integrated producer's interest to receive high quality seeds, effective means of herbal protection, fertilizers and modern agricultural machines. It is also the farmer's interest to participate in such production constructions that facilitates (credit, commodity credit, advance/deposit) his market producability. Types of integration: • horizontal - dealing with production only • vertical - besides production the integrator organizes the production related purchases, sales, processing, logistics and storage. CIPKER group of companies (Complex Integration Programme & Keep Easy Realization) has been dealing with vertical and horizontal agricultural integration and production organization in Hungary (and via its subsidiaries in Slovakia and Romania) for the last 20 years. CIPKER as a fertilizer importer has diversified contacts with Russian, Ukrainian, Belorussian, Uzbek, Kazakh, Polish, Slovak and Serbian fertilizer producers and delivers Syrian rock phosphate fertilizer raw material to the Ukrainian compound fertilizer producers. The above make it possible to secure the integrated agricultural producers with good quality and well priced fertilizers. CIPKER buys the crop from its agricultural producers, stores it and later sells to its operational partners. The produced feed grade crop is then supplied to animal breeders. CIPKER then buys the livestock, processes it and sells it ready made to different superand hypermarket chains. CIPKER also has its own paste factory where the production is realized from the products received from its own agricultural producers.
