Albert Einstein said that insanity is "doing the same things over and over again and expecting different results." As a classroom teacher of six years, I realize the importance of flexibility and adaptability. Not only do our students learn in many different ways, the ease and accessibility of information has changed the nature of learning, itself. The specific skill set necessary to succeed in today's world does not match the world of education fifty, twenty, or even ten years ago. We must change our ways of thinking and our modes of teaching to better prepare our students for the world of tomorrow.

Best wishes for you and your students as you begin incorporating these tools —
