Get Your Ride On Around Truman Lake
One of the best parts of riding in southern Benton County is taking the loop around Missouri’s largest lake. Bluffs, farmland, Ozark foothills, unique restaurants, a river city, and three-milelong bridges make this route fun for all riders.
Why the Truman Lake Route is The One to Ride:
Warsaw – Take in great food and outstanding views and right on the Osage River (Lake of Ozarks). Camping – There is plenty of places to camp around Truman Lake and the US Army Corps Campgrounds and lots of private spots for everything from tents to fully equipped RV parks. Truman Lake Loop – Missouri’s largest lake has plenty of places to fish, stop, and rest. Rolling Ozark Foothills – Enjoy bluffs, open roads, straightaways, and hills that are not too high. Wildlife – Look for turkeys, deer, bald eagles, and a variety of critters on your loop. Accessible – Right off Highway 65 or Highway 13, it’s easy to get on the loop and off.
