want to pull over and take pictures. Don’t worry, there are plenty of places to stop for lunch. Or pack a basket and picnic lakeside. At Versailles, turn east onto Route W to begin your southward trek back to the lake. Take your time. There’s a lot to enjoy in the hills and turns before arriving at Bagnell Dam at the northeast corner of the lake. Ride across the dam and onto the strip where you’ll find The Leather Man right across the street from the giant Indian. Once you link up to Business 54, there is a plethora of restaurants and bars, many with outdoor seating and live music, so you can extend your day long into the Missouri night.
