Fixed Restoration for Atrophic Ridges The system provides a comprehensive treatment plan of full-arch screw retained immediate restoration for edentulous patients.

Clinical Summary MIS MULTIFIX procedure is performed by anterior straight placement of two implants and posterior tilted placement of two (long) implants. All four implants gain high stability from the denser bone at the anterior part of the jaw. Prepare the osteotomy according to MIS drilling sequence. The posterior tilted long implants require the use of the long drilling set or the long ďŹ nal drill (for hard bone only), that supplied with each one of MIS implants.

Following the tilted implant placement, connect the bone proďŹ ler guided pin manually into the implant. A maximum torque of 10Ncm is recommended.
