Al Alamein Villa Our client has contacted the office with her desire to build her dream house. A team of specialists has been formed to follow her request through until realization. The team members include an architect, a supplier, a project manager, a contractor, along with our client. Our client requests included: •Location: Directly on the Beach – in New Alamien City •Has a swimming pool •Main house designed for a single person •Separate pool house for the guests •Open plan with as little walls as possible •First floor private for the client’s use The client also provided refrences she wanted to use in the house. Gathering all her ideas and thoughts with an acrhitecturak touch, to provie a comforable and aesthetic design, and a process of managemnt, the team came up with the following.
