Coaching Team Applications

Are you ready to coach the up and coming entities of AIESEC in the United States? I think yes.


These coaches will be responsible for the growth of our middle tier of Local Committees. Each role will be allocated 8-10 LCs.

Intermediate I and II Coaches Job Description

Startup Coach

This coach will be responsible for the growth of our lower tier of Local Committees. Generally, these are LCs with no or small marketing teams or who were recently expansions.

This coach will be responsible for the growth of our expansions. Generally, these entities have just started OGX operations, and often they have simple or no marketing teams.

This person will coordinate submissions from the content team, and manage the content calendar of AIESEC US. This person will also contribute creative vision to the team.
