Sustainable Futures 2012 has approached this research to integrate available water technologies into the fabric of Monteverde to ensure that the region maintains compliance with water regulations that are set and enforced by the ministry of health; and ensure that Monteverde continues to serve as a model for a sustainable community while allowing eco-tourism to thrive. Finally proposed site design takes into consideration the previous design concepts, studied precedents, and themes.

A series of terraces are used as an organizational method for the activated sludge treatment system and create a system that utilizes gravity to function, minimizing the use of pumps within the site. Moving south through the five terraces, there are is a transition from industrial to natural. The building will be a space to educate visitors, both local and tourists.

This greenway project helped me to learn about how to use GIS, and pulled all the site analysis from GIS data. It made me to found a good spots where I can connect the greenway into some potential sites such as Greenbelt Park, Purple Line Metro To w n C e n t e r, W a s h i n g t o n B i b l e C o l l e g e , L a n h a m Square and more. The goal of this project was to provide integrated and inspirational envisioning products that address overall pedestrian and bicycle connectivity and s e l e c t e d e l e m e n t s o f t h e S W A P. Tr o t t e r s G l e n C o m m u n i t y i s l o c a t e d i n O l n e y, Maryland, and this area has RE-2 zoning. This project was asked to design a front entrance that can serve in RE-2 zoning as well as it talks to the community and welcomes the people surround by the area. This project required to do AutoCAD detail drawings for the front entrance where it can be built on by looking at the detail drawing that produced, and also the planting plan as well.
