Written for Grayson James' solo exhibition "What's the Problem with Working Together?" at Artspace. The artist first approached me and asked that I write a complementary piece for the show that encompassed the main themes and images exhibited. The result is a short piece of prose, an ode to friendship as a defiant and revolutionary act.
