From the razzle and dazzle of Viva La Drag to the fast paced farce See How They Run, there are welcome returns from comedy stars Laurence Clark and Stephen K Amos, and music for all tastes, from Davey Arthur to Millfield regular’s The Blues Band and not forgetting our monthly world Jazz club Ziggy’s. Black History Month is packed full of great shows, including the first performance at Millfield Theatre of Ballet Black and the return of Janet Kay by popular demand in a great evening of Lover’s Rock. For our young audiences we present How to Catch a Star and The Snail and the Whale at Millfield Theatre , whilst at the Dugdale Centre we set sail on the Golden Anchor for our brand new Children’s show The Pirate Squad. Join us for our annual pantomime Dick Whittington, packed with audience participation, comedy, song, dance with a dash of glamour and glitz, a perfect accompaniment to your festive celebrations!
