BASEBALL made a historical run to the NCAA Championship, finishing as the national runner-up. The team won a PSAC-record 53 games, played for a third consecutive PSAC Championship, won its fourth consecutive PSAC East title and achieved the first No. 1 national ranking in program history.

Bubba has dealt with serious medical conditions since birth but was in the dugout at every Marauder home game and served as a daily inspiration to the team.

COMMUNITY SERVICE EVEREST’S Millersville University student-athletes not WISH REVEALED only balance life in the classroom and in competition, but are also integral members of the community, giving back over 1,100 hours of community service this year.

The Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, comprised of representatives from each of the 19 teams, played an integral part in the community service efforts and was awarded the University’s Excellence in Service and Civic Engagement Award at the conclusion of the 2015-16 academic year.

After raising more than $5,000 for Make-A-Wish, Millersville athletics earned the opportunity to host a Wish Reveal for local child Everest Kennedy. Everest’s wish of a trip to LEGOLAND® was granted during halftime of the Feb. 20 basketball game.

  Women’s GOLF made history by winning the PSAC Championship in just its sixth season of existence. Three Marauders were named All-PSAC.

 FOOTBALL’S Rasheed Johnson  became the team’s first All-PSAC East First Team defensive back since 2006.  Men’s GOLF made its fourth  consecutive NCAA Super Regional appearance.  Men’s SOCCER reached a No. 2  national ranking, finishing as the PSAC runner-up and hosting an NCAA Division II Tournament game.  WRESTLING’S Alex Baider placed  sixth at the NCAA Super Region 1 Championships.  Women’s BASKETBALL won 19  games, reaching the PSAC Semifinals.

  Women’s LACROSSE scored its most wins since 1990 and qualified for the PSAC Tournament for the first time since 2001.

 Women’s SOCCER played its first season under  the direction of Marauder alum Matt Procopio.  Under first-year head coach Jen Probst, SOFTBALL  reached the PSAC Tournament for the first time in program history and came within two wins of the program record.  Women’s SWIMMING scored its first top-10 finish  at the PSAC Championships since 2006.  Women’s TENNIS finished second in the PSAC East  standings and reached the PSAC Semifinals.  VOLLEYBALL’S Brooklyn Smith set the program  record for digs in a career and was named All-PSAC East for a third consecutive season.  Women’s indoor TRACK AND FIELD was led by  Kiara Allen, who won the PSAC title in the 60-meter dash.
