SPRING 2010

Customer Service Is Our Top Priority Our top priority at Millennium Luxury Coaches, has, and always will be, to provide each and every one of our valued customers the highest level of customer service in the industry. We understand just how important all of our customers are, and as a token of our continued appreciation we wanted to increase the ultimate customer experience even further. In order to accomplish this we have expanded our operations to include enhanced customer and service facilities for more comfort and options than ever before.

Our new location, 1601 Dolgner Place in Sanford, may sound familiar as it was the previous home of Featherlite coaches. However we can assure you that you won’t even recognize the place now that Millennium has moved in. We’re not just talking about a fresh coat of paint on the outside, but a completely remodeled interior, which is evident from the minute you walk thru the doors into the specious new lobby. The design room is brand new, with more options than ever, and the customer lounge is the perfect place to get some work done, or to kick back and relax in one of the massaging lounge chairs. Or if you’re feeling adventuresome you can walk right next door to the port for dining & entertainment, and is the perfect place to witness a beautiful sunrise or romantic sunset from the water front patio. The changes aren’t just all cosmetic either. The additional service and production space means more options than ever before, and faster turn around times. Plus we now have a full paint and body shop to give you the ultimate coach makeover.

We’ve always allowed our customers to stop by and stay on their way to and from, and now they can stay in style with an exclusive gated customer parking area with hook-ups. And as always, you can expect us to have a fresh pot of coffee waiting for you to enjoy. We’ve worked hard and are very proud of our new location, and hope that you are too. So if you haven’t already had a chance to stop by for a tour, then this summer would be the perfect time to see what all the talk is about for yourself. We’ll also be planning a grand opening celebration and festivities in the coming months that we’d love for all of you to be apart of and will keep you posted as the date draws nearer. In the meantime thanks again for helping make all of this possible, and for your support during the move. Millennium truly does have the best customers out there and we’re looking forward to seeing you all in the very near future!

You will have to be on the “go” to meet Dan, Madelyn, Dalton and Logan. Chances are they are at the Go Cart Races!! Hometown: When Dan and Madelyn and their two sons, 12 yr old Dalton and 9 yr old Logan are not at the go cart races, they will be in Boca Raton, Florida; the place they call home. How long have you been RVing? In 2008 we decided to get a motor home so that we could have a place close by to relax and rest between races. We were impressed with the quality and beauty and the reputation that Millennium had. What do you enjoy most about your Millennium? We really enjoy the fact that we have a lot of room in our coach and how powerful it is. It’s fun to drive and it handles great. The service is the best! No matter what time of the day or night, Nelson and the service team are always so willing to help us. We think its fun to get a lot of looks and compliments every time we stop for fuel. People always think we are someone famous! But they just may be right; Dalton and Logan are already National Go Cart Champions! Dalton & Logan

What are some of your favorite places to go in your RV? Everywhere we go is an adventure! But the most memorable one was the summer when we traveled out west. We saw the famous Grand Canyon, experienced the hot deserts of Arizona, we cruised the Las Vegas strip, enjoyed the cool evenings of Utah, captured the beauty of Yellowstone National Park, climbed the mountains in Montana, crossed through the Dakotas and stopped in Wisconsin for a National Champion race. It was unbelievable! Who drives? Roger our driver usually drives, but occasionally Dan will take turns to get to the next race a little faster. Most memorable moment RVing? On our first solo trip, Dan took us to Disney Fort Wilderness. It was dark and we didn’t make reservations, so they gave us a small spot we had to squeeze into, and well…..let’s just say it got ugly and we had to make a service appt with the Millennium service team to have body work done….let’s just leave it at that.

The Dell, a motor coach park designed for “Class A” motor coaches is located in the prestigious gated Hidden Mountain Resorts community in Sevierville, TN featuring incredible views of Mt. LeConte and all the amenities of a five-star resort. Nestled in the Smokies, the resort gives you the feeling of being in a remote country setting surrounded by wildlife and forest, yet you’re just minutes away from area restaurants and local attractions. You will be pleasantly surprised at all that The Dell has to offer when you join us at the Millennium Coach rally on May 1014. All guests of The Dell have access to the numerous resort amenities including walking trails, picnic pavilions, fully stocked fishing ponds, pools, golf carts and clubhouse.

Hobbies- We enjoy sport fishing in the Bahamas and Virgin Islands. We love snow skiing in Colorado, but our passion as a family is the races. Madelyn is always busy planning a special party or preparing for their boy’s next race. “Our boys race go carts but will be starting soon in formula cars.”

Visitors and guests of The Dell will also get a sneak-peek of the final phase of the resort aptly named, The View, the most unique motor coach development ever offered. These lots will be situated with breathtaking views of the Smoky Mountains.

Other interesting facts- The race team travels all around the country. Most of the time at the races, our coach is parked in a field running off of the generator. The coach is followed by a semi truck to haul the carts, crew and equipment we need for the race. We have been stuck, flooded, (you name it) and rarely get to enjoy an RV resort, but we love what we do and our Millennium is an excellent “home away from home!”

The proprietors, The Smith Family have traveled coast to coast and modeled The Dell after some of the finest resorts in the country, with everything they like best — space, privacy and full hookups.

“When designing The Dell, I imagined everything I could ever want in a “Class A” motor coach resort and tried to make it even better,” said Butch Smith, Owner and Developer of The Dell. “I am excited to have the great folks at Millennium Luxury Coaches join us to experience The Dell and learn why it is quickly becoming one of the most popular vacation destinations in the U.S.” The Dell is the perfect place to bring guests. While you’re sleeping and living in the luxury of your motor coach, your friends and family can stay in a luxury log home at Hidden Mountain Resorts. Cabins range in size from romantic onebedroom getaways up to a stunning 14bedroom lodge, making The Dell the perfect getaway for any size group. Just imagine…waking up to the awesome colors of our sunrises and sitting in amazement as the blue smoke dissipates up and over the mountains. Each day brings a new picture show across the eastern sky and the splendor that tips the mountaintops can be summed up as a performance only God could direct. As one of our Dell owners, Phyllis Roy, said last October, “Each morning I can’t wait to wake up to see the kaleidoscope of colors as I look out over the mountains”.

“Our Finicky-est Friends!” Hi, I’m Elvis Blue, but you can call me Elvis. I’m 6 yrs old and spend most of my life traveling with my parents, Jon & Gloria across the USA in my Millennium. Dad says “our home is wherever we put down roots.” We have “roots” from Oregon to Florida. I take all my toys including my favorite orange elephant every where we go. I do love to be with my parents, but I need my privacy, so my mom tucked my crate under the dinette table where it’s quiet and I can get some much needed rest. The best part about our Millennium is traveling in luxury to see my fans and friends. I never met anyone I didn’t like, well maybe one, and “he ain’t nothing but a hound dog, cryin’ all the time.” Thank you, thank you very much for our Millennium!!!!

We look forward to seeing you at The Dell on May 10-14.
