19641 E. Parker Square Dr., Suite H, in Parker. Discussion centers on which foods, chemicals and molds contribute to obesity, aches, pains and intestinal issues. Attendees will learn about the latest advances in allergy testing that provide much more detailed analysis than the old-school immunoglobulin tests. Antigen Leukocyte Cellular Antibody Testing (ALCAT) is able to challenge immuno cells in a different way that does not simply rely on the volume of immune response, but also the specific quality of the immune response. This provides detailed information about foods and substances that may only cause a low-grade response so that one may be more focused creating their own healthy diet. Healthy snacks will be served and all attendees will receive a copy of the book, “Are Your Hidden Food Allergies Making You Fat?” RSVP 303-840-0474. See ad page 11.
