Kathleen’s career in Real Estate began in 1993. After having relocated seven times in her adult life (!), she figured she was qualified to advise and represent sellers and buyers about the process. Custom Color Brochure/Printed Material • We will create and customize a full color brochure, including multiple pictures and descriptions, a floor-plan, neighborhood, community, Public and Private school information, and the historical background of the property (if applicable). • We will also create to use in our marketing campaign, full-color postcards. They are delivered to surrounding neighborhoods, our personalized mailing list, RE/MAX Preferred mailing lists, and the local real estate brokers specializing in similar priced homes.
Professionally Photographed High Definition Virtual Tour & Photos • We contract and oversee a professional photographer who will take a Virtual Tour Presentation – which includes a minimum 7-9 different virtual tours in and around your home, and pictures/videos shot by a drone (if approved by you and allowed by local authorities), which will be present on all the 75+ Websites on which the home will be viewed. In addition 30-50 photos will be taken by the photographer to be used in our marketing materials. • Our virtual tours are syndicated on YouTube and other home websites. How your home looks online and in printed material is extremely important. You don’t want a Realtor, or one of their staff members, taking listing photos - you want a professional.

Meet with you at your property, explain the Consumer Notice (as required by law) tour your home, make notes, have a question & answer session, provide and discuss our Listing Presentation packet Return to our office to research the market for comparable homes, schedule a team meeting regarding the pricing and marketing of your home, and prepare a Competitive Market Analysis (CMA) exclusively for your home. Schedule a second meeting with you to review CMA, discuss our pricing and marketing suggestions and strategy, Sellers proceeds sheet (see next page), recommended improvements, and answer any/all questions you may have regarding our proposal.
