These brain dead individuals drink themselves into a stuper and then manage to crawl to their vehicle, climb inside the driver’s seat and then attempt to drive somewhere. “Hey! Morons! There are innocent kids and families out on the roadways that do not need to cross pathes with you while you drive drunk. Stop drinking and driving!” There were 25% more DUI Arrests in the state of Rhode Island this past holiday season than any years before. Really? 25% more? With everything everybody knows about the dangers of drinking and driving this has actually increased in the state of Rhode Island? Wow!
