Choc Orange icing 6 Cups icing sugar ½ Cup orange juice 2½ Cups of Vegetable Margarine Grated rind from 1 orange (optional) Cream margarine in a bowl. Add half the icing sugar and half the juice and mix, then repeat with the other half of the mixture. Mix slowly for about 3 minutes and then add in orange rind if required, some of the rind can be kept for the decoration on the cakes. If you wish you can make this a strong orange flavour by adding approximately a Tablespoon of orange extract (or to your taste).
