he staff at Coral Gables Hospital walked proudly with the themed Camels at the annual Three Kings Parade in Little Havana. The parade honors Three Kings’ Day and the Hispanic tradition of the wise men giving gifts to the children. This year, the parade celebrated its 50th year. “We are excited to participate in this wonderful event that celebrates Three Kings Day,” said Cristina Jimenez, chief executive officer of Coral Gables Hospital.
Coral Gables Hospital inaugurates Emergency Center in the heart of Westchester
oral Gables Hospital Emergency Center opened its new off-campus emergency center that will be serving all patients in the community in need of medical assistance. “It is important for our patients to know that we are here for them 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, to care for their medical needs,” said Cristina Jimenez chief executive officer of Coral Gables Hospital. The Emergency Center has 12,610 square feet of space and it is located at 8665 Bird Road. The new ER will have nine patient treatment rooms, and it will be equipped with ER equipment and services such as a CT, x-ray, ultrasound, lab, EKG and respiratory services.
