Slingshot team rider and two-time world champion Karolina Winkowska designed this custom pro model to satisfy her needs for an aggressive and explosive board that can stand up to the test of the world tour while maintaining enough flex to appeal to the ever-growing population of lighter female riders. Modeled after Slingshot Wakeboarding’s popular Whip board but tailored to Karolina’s unique style of riding, the Karolina Pro model will be offered in 135cm and is constructed with a lighter layup (12oz glass, .2 mil base) to provide a big more flex and less swing weight. This profile will satisfy advanced, powered up riders looking for insane pop off the water, soft landings, and ultralight un-compromised Slingshot durability. Like all of Slingshot’s twin tip boards, the Refraction is built proudly in the United States with high-quality materials sourced from the Pacific Northwest Construction includes an all-wood Atomic Core that provides the best flex, performance and durability out of any core material on the market. Slingshot’s exclusive Fastrack mounting system is integrated into the core of the board and gives riders ultimate control when mounting footbeds or boots.
