Hello and welcome to our latest property market update. Autumn already! 2014 is off and running at full pace. Our local property market is in good shape with stock shortages creating pent-up demand from buyers. We are seeing solid sales results consistently in most segments of the market and I believe the we are experiencing the best selling conditions of the last 5 years as a result. The first quarter was a great one for me personally as I got married to Kat in February! It was a lovely wedding and we are both very happy. It is also the time of year traditionally when our housing market starts to get into full swing.
