EXPRESSION OF INTEREST An Educate Together second-level school for Dublin 15

Educate Together is an independent educational charity with 58 primary schools, including three in Dublin 15. The fastest growing patron body in Ireland, Educate Together has formally applied to open a second-level school in Dublin 15. An Educate Together second-level school, guided by Educate Together’s core principles, will be:

• Learner-centred Multi-denominational • Co-educational • Democratically run An Educate Together second-level school will have a learner-centred approach, ensuring that all students can achieve their full academic and life-skill potential. It will implement the best teaching, learning and assessment methods so that students experience learning in connected and meaningful ways. Students will develop skills in creative and critical thinking, communication, teamwork, independent research and leadership. The school’s ethical curriculum, based on values of equality, human rights and active citizenship, will include a comprehensive religious education programme. The school will be open to all families who want an Educate Together second-level school for their children. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FORM Please register your interest by completing the form below. Completed forms can be posted to Educate Together, Unit H8a, Centrepoint Business Park, Oak Drive, Dublin 12. Forms can also be downloaded from the Educate Together website: www.educatetogether.ie. On receipt of completed applications, parents/guardians will be kept informed of developments and advised of a pre-enrolment launch date. A formal admissions policy will be developed by the school’s Board of Management once it is established. No guarantee of places is given or implied by submitting an expression of interest.
