Stoney Brook Community Center Fall 2014 For this project we had to design a community center for the residents of the Stoney Brook community and the surrounding area. The overall goal was to create a place the would feel open and welcoming to the community and serve as a gathering place for events and activities. This project was located near the orange line at the Stoney Brook T stop.

Apartment Complex Summer 2015 For this project we were tasked with creating a new apartment for the students and families in the area. For my design I wanted the apartment complex to feel like its own communit. I used courtyards and the varied apartment sizes to create the feel of a micro village with a central square. This complex had a variety of apartment sizes including from studio, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, and 3 bedroom apartments. This project was located near Northeastern University, the Orange Line, and Massacussettes Avenue. The plot of land was right next to the Carter Development Center.

808 Commonwealth Ave. Art Museum Spring 2016 In this project we were put into groups of four with two interior design students and another architecture student. For the project we were tasked with designing a contemporary art museum as an addition to the existing building at 808 commonwealth avenue. The exiting building was an old Chryster factory designed by Albert Kahn that was then bought and owned by Boston University. My partners were Artem Batuyev, Gabriella DeRino, and John Colon. All the drawings in this section were done by me.

MIT Student Center Fall 2016 In this project we were really set loose on the MIT campus to figure out a problem with the social climate at MIT. We could then solve this problem anyway we see fit using architecture without many constraits on size or building typology or really anything. The problem that I found was with the student center and with the size of it in comparison to the rest of the campus. Another problem was with the way the campus was organized. The fact that it was so spread out with housing on one side and academic on the other with a tiny student center in the middle was detrimental, because some of the housing buildings are a couple miles away from the academic buildings. Therefore I’ve decided to renovate and expand the existing student center.

Work Experience Most of what I did while working for Liscum, McCormack, & VanVoorhis LLC. was AutoCAD drafting. But every once and a while I was given the opportunity to do some renderings for projects that LMV was working on. The first one is of a manicipal building in Woodbury, New York. The second two are of design proposals for projects in Greenwich, Connecticut.
