Christmas training session: Santa’s list Team game Santa needs your help in getting the items on this list! The rules: 1.

One person in your team must hold their own list and stay at their collection point The other members of the team are free to collect the items on the list in whichever order they choose, but must bring the items back to the collection point. I.e. you can’t throw the items at them! No physical contact with the other team! Once you have collected the items, call Santa over. Santa will check your list, if there is something missing, Santa will say how many items are missing, but not tell you which one(s). If you have all of the items before the other team, your team earns a point!

Christmas training session: Aiming for Perfection Select one team member, mustn’t be someone who has been selected before A focus on good form and technique, this person must show excellent technique in order for their team to win the point. They will throw a technique, one after the other, and Santa will say ‘yes’ or ‘no’ and add up how many you got right. Don’t mess up!

Christmas training session: So… many… seven’s… Two people are selected; it may be someone who has been selected before. Both teams line up, with the two people performing 7 for 7. The winner is the team that gets their two people through the seven for seven the fastest. 5 second penalty for those not doing it right!
