Article Urban Migration
Urban Migration it is the more people leave villages and farms to migrate to live in cities or urban rural places like urbanizations. The causes of migrating it started to had more pleague and more desaaeses because the people polluted very much and contaminated and people get sick and they are a lot more people in the city and if you what to go to a place you cant because there are a lot more car in the cities that you can go. One cause of rural to urban migration may be the lack of jobs in the area. Many of the jobs available in rural areas are agricultural based. The introduction of labour saving devices and bad weather conditions has decreased the demand for labour in the agricultural sector. The decrease in the traditional form of employment in rural areas forces many young people to leave the area in search of work in the urban centers of their country. Workers may also migrate from rural areas to urban areas in hope of gaining a higher standard of living. They may leave their current jobs in hope of finding higher paying ones as there are many more opportunities for employment to chose from in the city. A third reason for this pattern of migration is that many people desire to expand their experiences. They may wish to be exposed to a greater variety of opportunities, people, cultures, art, food and entertainment. The variety they desire may not be as widely or conveniently available to them in their hometowns as in an urban center in their country.
Camila Viteri Urban migration: Causes and Effects The global issue of urban migration is when people are changing of residence from a rural area to an urban area. The causes for this issue are due to the way of living in the rural and the quality of how they live, they change because of how should be living.
When the rural area doesn’t have good electricity, good water, adequate roads, good hospitals, and good and propagate schools people move to the city which has all of this sources more developed and better for a way of living. Other things that make people move are for them to have better opportunities for their future and present. They also move because the schools are better in the urban areas, and have a better way of learning for them kids to have a better future and they can attend to a good school. It can also be due to economic situations, because they have a better payment, or they get a better job with less time and more payment, or less effort. This can make bad effects for the city, because is not one family that moves, it is lots of them moving for better opportunities so this produce overpopulation. Overpopulation affects the city traffic; this means a lot of work to the government because they would need to control it and change the roads and that applies money, time and work. And traffic affects global warming because more contamination and this affect global warming.
Hygiene would be an issue and it is because if it is more people, more waste and less hygiene, people would be around trash because more people in the city makes a lot of trash. In the supermarket, there would be more hand touching the fruits and vegetables, and there would be spreading diseases and viruses.
This can affects also the Govern because it’s more things to control and the effects that are being made, the roads the diseases and the hygiene, the overpopulation and the problems that are being made by this
