The International SeaKeepers Society, one of the leading global nonprofit organizations dedicated to the preservation and protection of the world’s oceans, is pleased to announce Agnès Troublé as the recipient of the 2012 SeaKeepers Award. Mme. Troublé , known to the world as “agnès b”, joins a renowned list of ocean advocates recognized for their work in ensuring the health and sustainability of the world’s oceans including H.S.H. Prince Albert II, Mikhail Gorbachev, H.R.H. Khalid bin Sultan, Ted Danson, James Cameron, Dr. Sylvia Earle, H.S.H. Prince Rainier III, and Jean-Michel Cousteau. The award which is presented each year at the Bal de la Mer charity gala in Monaco, is given annually to an individual who has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to marine conservation. “The world of fashion knows this remarkable woman as a global style icon and philanthropist,” said Michael T. Moore, of Miami, Chairman of the Board for The International SeaKeepers. “Agnès has been at the

forefront of reshaping environmental advocacy based on sound science through her support of Tara Expeditions. We are delighted to honor her dedication to the stewardship of the sea.” The yacht used by Tara Expeditions for its ocean marine scientific research and advocacy missions was formerly owned by legendary yachtsman Sir Peter Blake (a 2002 SeaKeepers Award recipient). This sailing yacht, was then known as SEAMASTER, and is now known as TARA. “We are excited that agnès b will join our other remarkable female recipients of the SeaKeepers Award including Marjory Stoneman Douglas and Dr. Sylvia Earle,” said Patty Elkus, of San Diego, California, Chairman of the Host Committee and International SeaKeepers Board Member. “She is a perfect example and role model to represent this year’s 'Women in Yachting/Women in Ocean Advocacy' theme and celebration." In addition to her impressive contributions to the Tara Expeditions, agnès b has received distinguished awards including the Mont Blanc Foundation, an Arts

Patronage Award, the Pasolini prize, the “Ordre du Mérite” medal, and nominated as “Chevalier de la Légion d’Honneur”and promoted to Commandeur des Arts et Lettres. “This woman is amazing on so many levels and in so many important ways," said Don Tomlin of Columbia, South Carolina, Chairman Emeritus of SeaKeepers. “Her success as a business woman, her recognition by the French government as a Knight, her philanthropic support of many causes and most notably TARA Expeditions resulted in her unanimous approval by the Board."

Rasco, the Chairman of U.S. Century Bank, announced today that C1 Bank and CBM Florida Holding Company, have entered into a definitive agreement with U.S. Century Bank for the acquisition of Doral, FL based U.S. Century Bank. The acquisition will be accomplished through the merger of U.S. Century Bank into C1 Bank. Recognized as a community bank, U.S. Century Bank has an excellent reputation in the South Florida market with $1.2 billion in assets and 24 banking centers in the Greater Miami area. Trevor Burgess, CEO of both C1 Bank and CBM Florida Holding Company added, "CBM Florida Holding Company will bring up to $100 million in new capital for the transaction, capitalizing the bank so that it's in a position to expand lending and services to businesses and families helping drive economic recovery in Florida." Ramon E. Rasco, U.S. Century Bank's Chairman said, "We are excited to have the U.S. Century Bank team join C1 Bank. This transaction allows us to acquire the necessary capital to continue to operate and expand as a first class community-based bank. Furthermore, it provides us with the resources to support our customers and continue as a leader in our community." The boards of directors of C1 Bank and U.S. Century bank have approved the acquisition and have entered into certain voting rights agreements. Closing is subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approvals, the approval of preferred stock redemption by the U.S. Department of the Treasury, and the approval by shareholders of U.S. Century Bank. The acquisition is expected to close in late 2012.
