RESUME

Both in urbanism and architecture, I believe in the importance of context, functionality and form. During the past seven years, I learned how to balance them through projects in Asia (Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, Korea, China), Middle East (UAE), European (Netherlands), and Latin America (Argentina). I offer a passion to contribute in the urban design team with a strong analytical, design and visualization skills, and reliable team player characteristic.

Urbane Densification +Economic Strategy, Rotterdam MSc graduation project (Sept 2009-June 2010)

Blijdorp Gateway

Keywords : Urban Network + Urban Density + Urban From Urban Regeneration Overview : A study about densification method, based on Economic Driven Development strategies. This project extensively deals with finding the relation within building density (FSI/GSI/OSR) and building form (urban design). The context is the inner city of Rotterdam, due to the need to revitalize the inner city and the municipality vision to add 10,000 new dwellings in the inner city.

Hoboken Junction

The final product of the project is the envelope design guidelines for the line along the ‘s Gravendijkwal of Rotterdam. Three main spots (Blijdorp Gateway, Hoboken Junction, and Kop van de Maas) will be the stimulation development points of the so-called “Knowledge Economy” line of Rotterdam inner city.
