Overview

Elite Meetings International (EMI), a subsidiary of Cvent, is a premier hospitality marketing company devoted to helping the meetings community find the finest hotels and resorts for their meetings, incentive events, and trade shows. General Guidelines

Elegant, clean, professional The overall look and feel of the brand was created to reflect the quality of the venues selected through the Elite Certification process. Elite Meetings products and marketing materials embody an elegant, yet easy-touse feel, as established primarily by the design of the website, blog and magazine.

Elite Certification

Elite Certification – Brand Story The brand was founded on our Elite Certification process. We established the Elite Meetings Advisory Board (EMAB) to help review and certify hotels to ensure a quality selection of properties for meetings, events, and incentive retreats.

Meeting planners look to Elite Meetings as a name they can trust when seeking the best properties for their meetings and events. Elite Certification means: • A meeting-specific rating that planners trust • Inclusion in the only peer-rated supplier network available • Numerous distribution channels to promote Elite Certification and recommendation by the EMAB

The logo system uses these primary colors, but small variations can be used to complement tones in a given layout, and light variations for REVERSED applications.

Secondary & Highlight Colors Lighter and darker variations of the primary colors can be used for flat areas. Silver, Gray and Gold tones are used for color coding Elite Platinum/Gold Certified properties. Brighter colors are used for text highlight, callouts, and buttons.

Photography

Exceptional-quality property & event photography is best for the Elite Meetings Brand, representing the finest hotels and venues in the world. Elite Meetings has an enormous library of photography from our own events and partner properties. Many of these depict planner-buyers networking, interacting with hotel sales reps, and enjoying our unique events. We also use food and beverage images extensively, and luxurious hotel imagery to convey the upscale messaging of the Elite Meetings brand. Note: For ELITE, image of PLANNERS are somewhat more older/mature than typical cvent images; please strive to select images that are not obviously young models.
