Programs Marshall Goldsmith School of Management offers undergraduate degree completion programs in business administration, integrated marketing communications, international business administration and international relations. These programs place a strong emphasis on practical application of knowledge. Students learn about a broad range of situations in business and management, in preparation for a career in international and multicultural environments. The program curriculum is designed to be responsive to market needs, today and in the future. Students will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by doing an internship in the industry, thereby remaining current with the latest developments. The Bachelor of Science in Business Administration prepares students for advanced study and professional positions. Courses in the program provide a liberal and intercultural education; an understanding of business, management, information systems and technology, and the overall dynamics of organizations; skill in critical thinking; and competence in interpersonal, oral, written, quantitative and computer skills. The Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) integrates the wisdom of marketing, branding and positioning, public relations, advertising and sales strategies and tactics in response to significantly changing markets and business climates. Students have an option to have a concentration in Social Media. The program focuses on practical experience and allows students to work closely with professionals in the field as well as with real clients through multiple projects during their studies. Students will also build their marketing portfolio which has been successfully used to apply for internships and work opportunities. The Bachelor of Science in International Business Administration recognizes that the growing economic interdependence between nations has created an acute awareness of the need for international course offerings. The program addresses this growing worldwide demand for graduates with greater managerial capability in transnational business and economics. With a focus on domestic U.S. politics and foreign policy, the Bachelor of Arts in International Relations allows students to theorize conceptualize and analyze both domestic and world politics. Once completed, students may seamlessly transition to the Master of Arts in International Relations.
