Monarch Stadium is the home of MU Football, Lacrosse, and Track and Field. The new two-story Monarch Stadium and expanded Fieldhouse will be symbols of the University’s pride in Monarch athletics and its commitment to excellence.
PHASE I: WEIGHT ROOM Completed in July 2015
ABOUT THE WEIGHT ROOM The newly-renovated Monarch weight room is filled with state-of-the-art equipment. Student-athletes are able to work out in a supervised setting to increase their strength as they go up against the tough competition in the USA South Athletic Conference. This renovation was made possible by a very generous gift from Mrs. Kelsey Hirsch.
PHASE II: LOCKER ROOM Completed in August 2016
ABOUT THE LOCKER ROOM A first-class football team deserves a first-class facility. An addition was built on the existing locker room, adding 56 new lockers. Individual locker sponsorships are available giving alumni, parents, and friends the opportunity to leave a lasting legacy with Monarch Football.
