Alternatively, I will be pleased to discuss a menu of your choice. Should you care to telephone to discuss a time for an appointment I would be pleased to accommodate you. Notes Menus are subject to alteration if any item quoted is not available. We are happy to cater for vegetarians but require advance notice. Children under 10 years of age will be charged two thirds of your chosen meal price. Further charges will only be made when extra services are required and additional guests are present. All prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax at 20%. It is our policy not to impose a service charge, we believe that our customers should have the opportunity to reward good service personally. A deposit of ÂŁ500 is required to secure a booking. The deposit is not refundable in the event of the booking being cancelled. All accounts are to be settled 7 days prior to the function. Round tables are available at extra cost. We can offer a complete service: Cars, Cakes, Toastmaster, Photographer, Music and Balloons. All Rooms are fully Air Conditioned.
