Taiwan‘s climate is marine tropical. The en re island experiences hot, humid weather from June through September. Taiwanese are very friendly. They treat you like part of their family. Taiwanese speak both Standard Mandarin and Taiwanese. However, most aboriginal groups in Taiwan have their own languages .Taipei 101, also known as the Taipei Financial Center, is a landmark skyscraper located in Taipei. There are more than three hundred night markets in Taiwan. Night market is a place to try out the various tasty snacks .Not onlyis food served in night markets, but also a lot of products are sold. Truly hope you can come and enjoy the beau ful island-‐Taiwan!

Hey AIESEC! Welcome to Taiwan NTU -‐ COol Conference Project Great experience for you to discover Taiwan! Educa on Project + Conference Faci :) Globaliza on has been raised these days; however, have we ever wondered what globaliza on is? What inﬂuence has globaliza on brought about? And what kind of world will our next genera on need to face?Through this educa on project, we expect to raise the awareness of global issues of next genera on. We an cipate students will learn knowledges of the world and raise awareness to surroundings. Also, we a ract them by English courses and other diverse events, which will be like a cross-‐culture party! We're looking forward to those who have colorful culture experiences to join this project. We are wai ng for you to create a diﬀerent story to our youth! Beseides the project, you will have chances to join a conference, and have experiences of Faci or Speaker, to plan out the conference. During the whole project, you're going to have lots of experiences, which will deﬁnitely brings you a lot and reﬂect on yourself as well. In brief, we sincerely welcome all of you to come to Taiwan, and experience our vigorous culture!
Love for Kids

We believe that every child have a chance to learn, and to dream. This Project is for kids who are underprivileged, base on the community in Taiwan. Not only for the children but also for the elders who live with them. We invite someone who have kind heart and have passion to bring impact on Children leading them to explore the world, and also let them have chances to start to love English. We provide a chance for you to travel in diﬀerent places in Taiwan with them, experiencing the daily rou ne of Taiwanese by yourself, thus you can learn tradi onal Chinese custom, the uniqueness of Taiwanese culture, and some dialect in Taiwan from them. It isn’t a project simply for educa on, but a opportunity to interact with people in diﬀerent age. And through this project, you will take a glimpse of local life in Taiwan.
Zero Waste-Food for Thoughts Realize Date: May-‐July It's about the world issue "Food Waste", a brand-‐new project in AIESEC! Coopera on with professional NGO Food Bank + CSR sponsorship + Interes ng Workshop to make our world save more and waste less:) "Food Was ng" is one of the biggest issues in the world these days. It is es mated that 1/3 of the food among the world is wasted, including food loss and food waste. In the same me, 1/7 of the people in the world are malnourished.In Taiwan, the food we waste in one year can provide poor people here eat for 20 years. It’s a large amount and serious problem. That’s why we are now running “Zero Waste” project. In this project, you are going to work in Food Bank (a NGO in Taipei) with volunteers, help to distribute foods and also working on special cases. Help our volunteers to record and make a video to show the stories of the disadvantaged to the world. Besides, you will also have other diverse ac vi es to promote the concept of food was ng. Such as we are going to collect expiring items in markets for people in need, instead of throwing them away before the expired date. This market will cooperate with Food Bank (our NGO partner). Moreover, we will bring you to know more about Taiwanese unique cultures such as food and others! We provide chance for you to travel around in Taiwan and we will surely try our best to give you the most unforge able experience ever:)

To make the local environment a be er place for living! To have diverse team experience! To learn about eco-‐educa on and community development! To experience REAL Taiwanese culture!!! Astonishing cases in Taiwan. You will have chances to have dual experience in countryside of Taiwan. You will also experience the tradi onal agricultural life of me and give more people ideas about farm tourism .Not only farm Tourism, but also make yourself progressing during the internship in interac on with the farmers. The most thing we invite you to join , is to explore more local ci zens living style, with arising the issue awareness of protec ng the world we live. Also, This me, we cooperates with both local and environmental organiza ons in Danshuei, which was once the largest port on the island. Today It is no longer a ﬁshing village but has become a weekend famous spot with wonderful food, historic monuments, beau ful sceneries and lots of ac vi es. . In this project, You will explore the community together with local students and organiza ons. We are going to hold some events in the local community to raise thecommunity consciousness of the local residents!
