Marketing Generalist An exciting opportunity for a Marketing Generalist to join Mercy Mission World. A challenging role for an innovative results driven individual. Working with the Head of Marketing Shared Services to deliver the organisation’s Marketing Strategy at local level. The individual will have a strategic thinking mind to understand consumer drivers and motivations working with the local country/project managers in defining their marketing needs fulfilling those needs with internal or external resources. This role will be e the one stop shop for local marketing requirements. The Role •

Collaborate with Head of Marketing Shared Services to deliver integrated marketing tactical initiatives, utilising event management, direct marketing, PR and analyst relations, online and offline and traditional methodology

Directing market resources

Ability to deliver successful marketing campaigns

Working closely with Head of Shared Marketing in managing Mercy Missions core Marketing strategy and Budgets

Responsible for Marketing teams personal development

Manage internal/external vendors

Provided effective and efficient delivery of new campaigns and concepts

Developing and managing internal resources and external vendors

Proven experience managing a diverse team

Identify opportunities for growth

Skills set & Experience required •

Self starter with strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior management


Initiative and ability to function without supervision

Experience of managing a team desirable not essential

Educated to A’levels

1- 2 years proven marketing experience

The ability to influence key stakeholders internal and external to Mercy Mission and the drive to explore new projects
