Summer Act of humankindness Mercy Foundation is grateful for the generosity of Dignity Health employees who provided support to benefit children affected by homelessness attending Mustard Seed School during the summer. Nearly $10,000 was raised, providing an opportunity for 24 children to experience field trips and meals at fun places such as Raging Waters and the movies—experiences most of these children have never had. Because of this incredible generosity, we were also able to provide car seats and booster seats to ensure the children traveled to and from their field trips safely. And still, there is enough funding to bring joy and learning into the regular school year with science programs and more field trips! If you would like information on how you can further help Mustard Seed School children experiencing homelessness or to learn about other projects and ministries we support, please call (916) 851-2700 or visit supportmercyfoundation.org.
