Rooms can be set up to client requirements with a full range of in-house audio visual and presentation equipment. Wi-Fi is also available to our customers at the centres.

A reception area to welcome guests and delegates is available to all clients utilising the conference facilities and administration, photocopying and support services are available on request and are detailed below.

EASY IN, EASY OUT TERMS All units are let on ‘easy in, easy out’ terms meaning that there is no long term lease. The term is rolling and all we require is one month’s written notice should you wish to vacate the premises. MENTA reserve the right to serve immediate notice if a tenant is in breach of their tenancy agreement or the centre’s terms and conditions.

REDECORATION Before the end of a tenancy you must decorate the interior of the unit in accordance with our requirements and make good any damage howsoever caused. Otherwise your deposit may be withheld to pay for redecoration.

PARKING Tenants and their staff must only park in allocated marked areas. Access to the loading bays must be kept clear and safe working practices observed when using them. WASTE Waste bins are provided for normal business waste. Cartons should be broken down before being placed in the bins. Storage of pallets etc. is not permitted on site. The disposal of any abnormal waste must be agreed with reception and may attract a collection fee from the refuse department at the local Council. No external waste storage is permitted. VISITORS Tenants are required to collect their visitors from reception and return them upon departure ensuring they sign out. Tenants must take a duty of care whilst their visitors are on the premises. OUTGOING POSTAL SERVICE We have a franking machine so can frank and send your mail for you. In order for your post to go that day it must be in reception by 3.45pm. MEETING ROOMS 6 hours meeting room use across all MENTA sites is included within your monthly rent and service charge. Rooms should be booked through reception in advance and are subject to availability. Meetings should not be held in open communal areas for the consideration of other tenants. SMOKING Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the MENTA premises.
