A short project that takes Villa Dall' Ava as a case study to critically analyze Dutch architecture. The Publication includes a brief introduction to the architect; Rem Koolhaas. The project is reviewed through: Relationship to Site, Topographic Adaptation, Materiality, Proportional Language and Circulation and a Critical Comparison with Le Corbusier's Villa Savoye.
