A Taste of Bali - Java Sea
The concept for the restaurant was to design around an asian fusion menu offering organic and tropical food in a Southeast Asian atmosphere. The clients’ were a couple planning to open their dream restaurant in Vancouver who wished to incorporate natural materials such as bamboo and travertine as well as silks and gold accents. The challenge for this project was to be sophisticated and creative on a limited budget.
Requirements: ‣ Provide mixed and flexible seating for 40-44 people ‣ Design a custom hostess station ‣ Select furniture, materials, finishes and decor ‣ Hand drafted floor plan and RCP ‣ Hand drafted elevations
