The process was exceptionally well managed from our perspective. The goals and requirements were clearly defined and so were the deliverables. The team at Worldcob were supportive, professional and extremely patient; Zed took a great deal longer than planned to respond and there was a lot of pragmatic understanding for this from the Worldcob team. We completely underestimated the certification process both in terms of the length of time and its holistic nature. It actually took several months and a great deal of work. It caused us to re-examine practically every aspect of our business and to rethink and professionalize aspects of our company that had slipped during a previous phase of rapid expansion. The CSR 2011.1 certification was probably the single most valuable process that we have ever undertaken at Zed because it caused us to look at and think about every aspect of our enterprise and realize how each and every part of our business is interlinked.
El primer logro obtenido con esta certificación, fue la consolidación de todos los procesos en los cuales Petromil S.A.S. está certificado, con lo cual la Responsabilidad Empresarial nos permitió armonizar todos los procesos con nuestros grupos de interés para desarrollar un modelo empresarial sostenible que preserva el ambiente y mejora las condiciones de vida de las familias de nuestros directos e indirectos.
