Dear participant, Please read the information given below carefully to ensure that the Coca-Cola 2.0 can be carried out without problems. Thank you.

BEFORE THE RACE ENTITLED TO PARTICIPATE Children from 6 to 10 years of age (2010-2006)

REGISTRATION 1. By internet: the registration form is attached at www.vienna-marathon.com / registration. Payment only by credit card (Visa or MasterCard). You will automatically be passed on from www.vienna-marathon.com to the registration system of Mika:Timing. After completion of your registration you will receive a booking confirmation with a reference number. The actual race number will be assigned at a later date. 2. Registration by phone is not possible In case of questions please send an e-mail to Eventservice@mikatiming.de.

PARTICIPATION FEE â‚Ź 7,- per person

PAYMENT OF PARTICIPATION FEE By credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or SEPA debot note (European Union) Due to organizational reasons, payment of the registration fee to a bank account is not possible. A registered participant who fails to take part in the marathon, for whatever reasons, may not claim a refund of the participation fee.

ENTRY LIMIT Entries will be limited to 2000. Early submission of the entry form guarantees your acceptance.

CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION 1. Registration by internet: you will receive a booking confirmation by e-mail from Mika:timing with a reference number immediately after mailing the entry form. Please print this confirmation. If you do not receive this confirmation please check your spam file and send an e-mail to Eventservice@mikatiming.de. Please make sure that your e-mail address is given correctly, otherwise it will be impossible to mail the confirmation and other information.

Vienna Int. Fair (Wiener Messe), Hall D, 1020 Vienna (entrance from Trabrennstrasse, subway station “Krieau”). Opening hours: th th Friday April 8 from 10.00 am to 7.00 pm and Saturday April 9 , 2016 from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.

LATE REGISTRTIONS AT THE REGISTRATION DESK (IF RACE NUMBERS ARE STILL AVAILABLE) Entry Fee: Euro 7,- per person If the event is completely booked please note that race documents, which are not collected, will NOT be resold, passed on to another participant or changed in any way. IMPORTANT! NO registration in the start area!

VCM FRIENDSHIP PARTY “KAISERSCHMARRN PARTY”

The traditional “Kaiserschmarrn Party” will be held on Saturday afternoon, April 11 , 2014, at Vienna City Hall from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Free admission to the party. Please make use of the opportunity to purchase a ticket for “Kaiserschmarrn” or “Pasta” and a nonalcoholic drink together with your online registration or directly at the entrance to City Hall. The costs are as follows: Pre-ordered / pre-paid, ticket for 1 serving of Kaiserschmarrn or Pasta: Euro 9,00 Entrance to City Hall, ticket for 1 serving of Kaiserschmarrn or Pasta: Euro 10,00 Ticket for 1 non-alcoholic drink including a specially branded VCM-Cup Euro 3,50 Pre-ordered / pre-paid tickets may be collected directly at the “International Friendship Party” booth at th the expo Vienna Sports World (= registration) on Friday April 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday th April 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. or at the entrance to City Hall on Saturday from 2:00 p.m. Please see the note on your race documents. Further please note that payment will not be refunded for tickets which are not used. We look forward to your visit!

TIME KEEPING There will be NO TIME KEEPING at the Coca-Cola 2.0 and thus no result lists.

AT THE START GETTING TO THE START We kindly ask you to use public transport only. The starting area Landstraßer Hauptstraße/Höhe Gigergasse can be reached by subway line U4, station “Landstraße Wien Mitte”.

RACE NUMBER The race number must be fixed at the front of the T-Shirt, you will get safety pins together with your race number. We kindly ask you - FOR YOUR SECURITY - to write your name, the name of a person to contact as well as the address and phone number of this person on the reverse side of your race number.

START Saturday, April 11th, 2015 at 05.15 p.m. 1030 Wien, Landstraßer Hauptstraße/Höhe Gigergasse For details please see coursemap on www.vienna-marathon.com Participation on roller/inline skates, bicycles, etc. is forbidden!

ON THE COURSE LENGTH OF COURSE ca. 2 kilometres Landstr. Hauptstraße – Gigergasse – Weiskirchnerstraße – Stubenring – Parkring – Schubertring – Kärntner Ring – Opernring –Burgring – FINISH.

IN THE FINISH AREA FINISH Please check on www.vienna-marathon.com for a detailed map of the finish area.

REFRESHMENTS After having crossed the finish line, refreshments for all participants will be available in the finish area.

AWARDS CEREMONY The awards ceremony will be held in the finish area, immediately after the first three runners have crossed the finish line.

MEDALS Each participant will receive a medal after having crossed the finish line. Please note that these cannot be forwarded by post at a later date.

MEDAL ENGRAVING Medal engraving (first name & surname) for the participants in the children’s race will be offered again, the location will be announced at a later date. The costs are Euro 4,- and have to be paid directly at the engraving booth.
