This project was about creating a brand through the use of photoshop to create various mock ups as if they were being presented to a client. The use of an animal in the naming was the only contrainst in the brief, to allow for the brand indentity to stand out.

Technology

Base Stations The base creates a very even field of magnetic flux (isodynamic magnetic field). THis combined with the conductors on the spines allows the graph to move very precisely in order to show both small and large changes in temperature. The Green indicator on the display shows the base is connected to the graph whilst the indicator bars at the bottom show the base’s connection status to the home wifi.

Planar Magnetic Technology A conductor coil is printed on each of the 16 Polypropolene spines. When current is passed through the conductors, the magnetic field created by the current flow interacts with the isodynamic field created by the base, causing the conductors, and therefore the spines, to move.

The parent will be able to tell by the shape of the graph if the babies room is too hot or cold. they can reshape the graph in order to bring the room back to the optimum temperature.

Interaction

Parents are clearly informed if there is an issue with the temperature of the babies room and can correct it qucikly.
