Transportation at the Estate The hotelâ€™s 10-passenger shuttle may be reserved to transport you and your guests to and from your off-site event within 15 miles of the hotel. The shuttle is complimentary until 10:30pm. A $150.00 fee will be assessed for every hour past 10:30 PM. For every 15 room nights consumed by the group, we will subtract $50.00 from your fee if you exceed the 10:30 PM cut-off. To secure your shuttle reservation, a signed contract and credit card are required. Payment in full is required 72 hours prior to your event.
