Employers :: How It Works Employers Post Job Vacancies Employers post a job description on StaffXperts Executive Search Firm and offer a reward (as percent of salary or a fixed fee). The reward represents the amount employers will pay the Recruiter who finds them the right candidate to fill the job. Employers Employ Recruiters Recruiters search for job descriptions and companies that match their expertise, then request permission to be employed on a job requirement. Employers can review a Recruiter's historical performance to determine best fit before deciding whether to accept or decline employment. Recruiters Submit Candidates Once employed, the Recruiter can freely submit qualified candidates to be considered for the position. Employers can assess qualified candidates online or message recruiters, and Recruiters and employers can track the progress of their candidates every step of the way. Employers Review Submissions Employers review resumes and interview candidates. Recruiters can communicate with employers through the StaffXperts messaging system or on the phone to help them find their perfect candidate. Employer Awards Reward to Successful Recruiter On the candidate's start date, StaffXperts invoices the employer for the stated reward. The employer pays one vendor, StaffXperts, and StaffXperts delivers 70% to the successful Recruiter. Employers :: Pricing And Policies StaffXperts Pricing When employers post a job, they choose a reward (as % of salary or a fixed fee), the amount they will pay the Recruiter who finds them the right candidate to fill their job. On the candidate's start date, StaffXperts emails an electronic invoice for the final reward. The employer must pay the final reward to StaffXperts net 30 days. There are no other fees.
StaffXperts covers each candidate placed through its system with a time-limited full cash-back employment guarantee. For job requirements 20% of salary or higher, the guarantee is 90 days after start date and for job requirements 19% of salary or lower, the guarantee is 60 days after start date. If an employee doesn't work out during this guarantee period, StaffXperts will refund the full reward to the employer in cash. Previously Submitted Candidates Employers are not responsible for paying a reward to a Recruiter for a hired candidate if they have previously received that candidate from any other source within the last six months. Non-Solicitation All Recruiters using StaffXperts are prohibited from recruiting employees from any employer where they have made a placement during the previous one year period. Confidentiality All Recruiters using HealthCare CPA are legally required to keep information that they learn from employers confidential.
