Whatever the size of a business, planning is critical to the success of this, as it serves as the basis for other administrative functions (organization, coordination and control), and to reduce uncertainty and minimize risk. AGGRESSION AGAINST

PUBLIC EMPLOYEES The General State Administration (AGE) will launch a protocol to address violence against public employees, from assaults to insults and threats. The union officials and the CSI-F National Statistics Institute will study "depth" of this problem around summer. After the administration develop a systematic record of assaults in every one of the administrative areas, "currently nonexistent except in certain sectors such as health or education," and develop a protocol with prevention plans, performance and protection from violent situations. "So far no systematic data, while the information stewards in the workplace actually evidence that there is a silent", denounces the union. The 'hot spots' are employment services, "to which citizens come often affected by personal and family situations particularly serious", the judicial offices, the headquarters of Traffic, delegations of Finance and prisons. CSI-F ensures that these attacks have increased since the start of the crisis. "Public employees have been subjected to a smear campaign, an operation of harassment and demolition in which we are blamed directly on the causes of the recession, putting in question our work, the volume of the templates and even our social function" he says. The union suggests that downsizing has increased the workload and has worsened the services citizens receive, "that lend 'public face' in very adverse situations." Therefore, the union calls "a culture of zero tolerance for violent situations", improve working conditions and increase the penalties for crime and aggression level of authority.
