Recipe Roquefort Pecan Dip • • • • • •

17.6 oz. Plain yogurt (Greek)

Using a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt, Spanish olive oil,

5 oz. Roquefort Cheese, crumbled

chives and lemon juice. Place pecans in food processor and chop

1 cup Pecans, ground

until finely chopped. Combine Roquefort Cheese and Pecans with

1/3 cup Spanish olive oil (Zoe) 1/4 cup Chives, chopped fine 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

other ingredients in mixing bowl, blend well. Transfer to serving bowl. Serve with toasted pita bread or celery and carrots sticks. www.beckyallenrecipes.com
