Vitality The building of vitality lets the people interact with nature. It is a place for people to come and find their inner peace. The intertwining beauty of architecture and nature bringing them into one.Consisiting of Floating yoga boxes, a roof garden and indoor living tree helps bring the building new life.
The 300 sq ft micro unit, is catered to the needs of a person trying to stay out of the lime light. The living unit has a public and private aspect by the use of a glass stair. The stair case is only visable to the public, whereas the rest of living space is closed off for privacy.
Hideaway The hideaway chair is a place where one can go to escape. Inspired by the womb chair, the hideaway encloses you away from the public creating your own quiet oasis. Equipped with LED light strips the chair can set the mood you want to expierence via color.
Flow The flow lamp was inspired by the song The River Flows in You by Yiruma. Crafted from paper mache, ribbon, and marble accents, the materials flow to the song throughout the lamp.When lit it portrays water through the paper exploring the essence of the song.
HVAC, Switching, Lighting
The transient office space is designed for the worker who is always moving. The place consists of a central private conferance room, private and semi private offices, lounge, as well as an on site coffee shop. Each space is designed in a nomadic way tailored to the workers busy lifesstyle.
Translucid Intriged by the idea of transparent concrete. The model of the interior walls were based on fiber optics infused within the concrete. When washed with light the fiber optics illumiate creating the walls to be transparent. The space is equipped with the all interior transparent walls, to create a playful atmosphere for the visiting resident.
