Dining room Have a system Some campers cleaning tables – some sweeping up Dishwashing – use machine; leaders only One person can operate machine for 100 campers – complete cycle 4-5 mins Dishes to the table, cutlery in bowls and clear waste After dishwashing – leave to drain – no tea towels required Practical Issues Mark Woodger
