Paul and Fiona Crichton support McGrath Foundation and Australian Prostate Cancer Research with the help of Tapex Agri.

Tapex Agri and Children’s Cancer Foundation unite In 2017 Tapex Agri completes the loop of supporting the rural family by teaming up with the Children’s Cancer Foundation. This partnership will raise muchneeded funds to enable children with cancer to access the world’s best treatment and support, and to build awareness of childhood cancer throughout Australia.

Cancer Research. “To date, through your support we have raised more than $65000 in two harvest seasons, directly helping families in rural communities,” Mr Amos said.

The Children’s Cancer Foundation supports families through treatment, partners with hospitals to deliver clinical excellence, and builds worldclass paediatric cancer clinical research.

“By supporting our distinctive coloured bale wrap, net, and silage covers, you will be part of our community in raising funds and awareness within rural Australia.

General manger Jason Amos said Tapex Agri was proud to continue its work with the McGrath Foundation and Australian Prostate

“Our contribution does much more than raising funds, the eye-catching colours raise awareness in rural communities and bring much-

needed publicity to these cancers, which can affect our families and colleagues alike.” Tapex Agri is also proud to present new and improved updates on Australia’s favourite baling twines—Hercules HD+ and TROJAN Plus. Used in all makes of high density balers, the weight of Hercules HD+ twine allows it to run smoothly through bill hooks and knotters, resulting in fewer missed ties, and therefore reducing down-time for operators. It is also a soft twine when compared to others in the market, resulting in minimal wear to the knotters’ components. Trojan PLUS large square baling

twine is recognised in Australia as the reliable medium-density twine of choice for contractors who are looking to maximise their time on the windrow, which is afforded by the 2800m pack length. This new twine has been proven in Australian conditions. Trojan PLUS is 27 per cent longer than Trojan twine but still with the same knot and tensile strengths. With 27 per cent more bales per spool, this results in 27 per cent fewer spool changes and far greater efficiency when baling.
