Banquet Menu Guidelines Menu Seasonality Our menus are inspired by the seasons, and we partner with local producers for the freshest products possible, and as a result, minor menu substitutions may occur. We are glad to provide options meeting necessary dietary restrictions. Our Chef will be happy to assist in the development of custom menus to tailor to your group’s specific tastes.

Buffet Guideline To ensure food quality, all buffet meals are allotted to be out for no more than 1.5 hours. The time of the buffet will start at the contracted service start time. Food will be removed at contracted end time and no later than 1.5 of service for quality assurance despite preference from guests.

Outside Food and Beverage Please note that all food and beverage served at Apatite Restaurant must be purchased through Running Y Properties. In addition, no food may be removed from catered events. Alcohol items are prohibited from entering any event space. If any items are found and/or seen brought in, Running Y Properties will charge the group for each item, plus 22% Service Charge.

Service Charge and Food Guarantee All food, beverage, AV, set up fees, room rentals and miscellaneous charges are subject to a 22% service charge. Final guest guarantee is required in writing, 1 week prior to the event. With final guarantee, it is agreed that we will charge the expected number or the actual number served, whichever is greater. Kindly notify your Event Manager as soon as possible should your contracted numbers change and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Menu Selection Unless otherwise agreed with your Event Manager in writing, menus must be finalized no less than 45 days prior to your event. Menu selections made less than 2 weeks prior to an event may be subject to substitution based on availability with no notice.

Payment Unless other written arrangements have been made with your Event Manager, all costs will be charged to the group master account.

Meeting Rooms Unless other written arrangements have been made with your Event Manager, all outdoor events must conclude no later than 10pm. Any items brought on property or delivered from an outside vendor, the group will be held responsible for stolen, lost or damage to any items. Any damage from items attached to any walls, ceiling or air wall will be repaired by Running Y Properties and billed to the group. If the area is left with excessive cleanup, an additional cleaning fee will be assessed. Changes to a room set at the request of the meeting or event contact once the room has been set will be assessed a $100.00 change fee.
