WEEKEND RETREAT 1st Year Undergraduate Studio

An 80' by 40' site located on lake front property in Clearlake, California. Was to be developed as a weekend retreat destination. The program consisted of a one bedroom house with adjacent exterior spaces for dining and sun bathing. For improved privacy, a tall concrete wall accompanied with trees surrounded the perimeter of the site. The client also asked to include an exterior lap pool to be used for exercise.
