This is an off - dry style, an alternative to the classic McLeish Semillon. This wine displays a touch of sweetness, bright green with apple, guava and a hint of citrus, making it the perfect alfresco wine.

Semillon 54% Sauvignon Blanc 46% This crisp white wine exhibits zesty fresh lemon rind and citrus fruits balanced with passionfruit and ripe peach. The vibrant melon and tropical fruit flavours of Sauvignon Blanc and the citrus notes of the Semillon provide an extremely delightful depth of flavour.

Wine Partner June Pack McLeish Semillon 2019 Generos fresh lemon, lime and passionfruit flavours articulate this classic Hunter Semillon. The palate is intense yet elegant and crisp, with great line and length with extraordinary finesse. This wine is built to cellar as a benchmark example of Hunter Valley Semillon. Semillon / Sauvignon Blanc 2019 Semillon 54% Sauvignon Blanc 46% Pale quartz with straw hue. This crisp white wine exhibits zesty fresh lemon rind and citrus fruits balanced with passionfruit and ripe peach. The palate delivers vibrant melon and tropical fruit flavours of Sauvignon Blanc and the citrus notes of the Semillon provide an extremely delightful depth of flavour, leading to a clean crisp finish. McLeish Verdelho 2018 The Verdelho has become popular as being a light, fruity easy drinking style that can be enjoyed on it’s own or accompanying food. The McLeish Verdelho exhibits tropical aromas of pineapple, passionfruit, guava and citrus. These tropical flavours provide a luscious mouth feel, balanced with a vibrant line of citrus fruit leading to a refreshing crisp finish. Food Pairing: Spicy Asian, Tapas and alfresco dining.

Tri Moir 2016 – 94/100 Rating “Three Companions” Deep crimson purple colour precedes the richness in the taste. The McLeish Estate Tri Moir displays a vibrant combination of ripe blackberry, mocha, fruit cake & fine toasty oak. Blend: Shiraz 48%, Merlot 47% Cabernet Sauvignon 5% Food Pairing: Lamb, aged beef rib- eye, dark chocolate

McLeish Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz 2016 – 92/100 Fondly known as ‘The Great Australian Red’ McLeish Estate 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz is a unique Australian blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon and 20% Shiraz (traditional Rhone varietal). The blend exhibits vibrant black currants and cranberry aromas. Rich layered, black cherry fruit with underlying earthy, cedar and leafy herbs completes the structure. Long and persistent, with a fine tannin and impeccable balance. Food Pairing: Tomato based pasta dishes and cheeses, ideally Saint Agur.

McLeish Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 – NEW RELEASE The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon displays a dense and bright colour, with purple hue. Aromas of black forest fruits with concentrated black olive and mulberry, creating complexity. The palate remains supple and elegant. This wine first displays blackberry and dense plum which leads to an elegant mix of nutmeg and cassis. Persistent dark fruit and fine grained tannins create a refined and persistent palate. Food Paring: Chargrilled Steak, roast lamb, Cheeses (Comte & Cheddar)
