因為時差、語言不通、文化習慣，很多港人都覺得要在英國置業落腳不是容易的事，如果要處理設計和裝修就更難了。我們希望以在設計界的經驗、對物業投資/買賣和管理的知識，以及在倫敦本地既人脈網絡，幫助港人落地生根。

Due to time frame, language barriers and cultural difference, there are so many hard times and difficulties for people to buy or rent a property overseas. It is even harder if Hongkongers have to deal with design and construction scenarios. We would like to use our design experience, knowledge in property transaction and management, as well as local networks to help Hongkongers to settle down in the UK.

ABOUT US

Theodora LAM Marketing Communications and Business Development expert with over 15 years of experience and exposure in the design & architecture industry. Theodora has strong tiers in the UK and familiar with South London area. She is currently studying MSc in Real Estate at the University College of Estate Management and have good understanding to the property market and project management. Theodora 投身於建築及室內設計行業逾十五年，主力業務拓展及市場策略。從小與英國有不解之緣，熟悉倫敦西南部，與家人多年投資英國物業，現就讀UCEM房地產碩士課程，更了解投資英國物業市場及工程管理。

Joanne WONG Joanne has been working in a national estate agency China desk for over 3 years in the UK. She was a project manager with over 6 years’ experience in one of the biggest interior design consultancies in Hong Kong, handling various luxurious hotels and property development projects. Joanne 本身於香港大型室內設計公司項目經理達6年，曾處理多個香港及中國大型發展項目，以及酒店設計項目。Joanne 多年移居前英國，現任職地產代理公司(中國部)，熟悉英國及倫敦地區的物業租務及買賣市場。

ChiWing WONG Over 15 years of experience in interior design and has been majorly working on large scale hospitality and luxury residential projects from inception to completion. Over the years, ChiWing developed considerable expertise covering Hotel, Luxury Residential, Restaurant and Casino. ChiWing designed numerous hospitality projects since 2002 across Asia. ChiWing 擁有超過十五年的室內設計經驗，善於為客戶提供富有創意及人性化的設計方案，自2002年他帶領團隊完成各類大型酒店、住宅、餐飲及賭場的設計專案。黃瀚賢擁有豐富的酒店設計及住宅設計經驗，曾設計的酒店項目遍佈亞洲各國, 運用行業前沿的觸角為酒店項目高端住宅及帶來更多新思維。
